She brings almost a decade of experience in journalism across Arkansas, with a focus on storytelling, public communication, and audience engagement, and produces the Free Arkansas podcast, covering state culture, government, and public affairs. Hale previously served as the Northwest Arkansas Trails Coordinator with the Northwest Arkansas Council, supporting development of the Razorback Greenway and regional trail systems, and as founding executive director of the Downtown Springdale Alliance, leading downtown revitalization and community development efforts.
